Refund and Returns Policy

1. Overview

This Refund and Cancellation Policy (“Policy”) outlines the terms and conditions governing the refund and cancellation of digital marketing services provided by NEXI24 (“Company”). By engaging in our services, you (“Client”) agree to the terms stated herein.

2. Refund Policy

2.1. Initial Consultation Fee:

  • The initial consultation fee is non-refundable.

2.2. Monthly Management Fees:

  • Monthly management fees are non-refundable once the service month has commenced.
  • If the Client cancels the services before the start of the service month, a full refund for that month will be issued.

2.3. Ad Spend:

  • The Client’s ad spend budget is managed directly by the Client’s ad account (e.g., Google Ads, Facebook Ads). As such, refunds for ad spend are subject to the respective platform’s refund policies.
  • NEXI24 is not responsible for refunding ad spend once it has been billed by the advertising platform.

2.4. One-Time Setup Fee:

  • The one-time setup fee is refundable only if the Client cancels the contract within 7 days of payment and before any substantial work has begun.
  • If work has commenced, the setup fee is non-refundable.

3. Cancellation Policy

3.1. Cancellation by Client:

  • The Client may cancel the digital marketing services by providing written notice to NEXI24 at least 30 days prior to the desired cancellation date.
  • Upon receipt of the cancellation notice, NEXI24 will cease all services on the last day of the current billing cycle.

3.2. Cancellation by Company:

  • NEXI24 reserves the right to terminate the contract at any time if the Client breaches any terms of the contract or fails to cooperate with the service requirements.
  • In such cases, NEXI24 will provide a written notice to the Client, and services will cease immediately upon notice.

4. Process for Requesting Refunds

4.1. Refund Request:

  • To request a refund, the Client must submit a written request to NEXI24 at contact@nexi24.com within the applicable timeframes outlined in this Policy.
  • The request should include the Client’s name, account details, and a detailed reason for the refund request.

4.2. Review and Approval:

  • NEXI24 will review the refund request and respond within 10 business days.
  • If the refund request is approved, NEXI24 will process the refund within 15 business days from the date of approval.

5. Non-Refundable Circumstances

The following circumstances are non-refundable:

  • Work that has been completed and delivered to the Client.
  • Services canceled due to Client’s breach of contract or non-cooperation.
  • Any third-party costs, including but not limited to ad spend on various platforms.

7. Amendments

NEXI24 reserves the right to modify this Policy at any time. Any changes will be effective immediately upon posting on our website. Clients will be notified of significant changes via email.
